HOW DOES IT WORK?

A course of 30 lessons is recommended to learn how to maintain the changes made during individual lessons and to continue to ‘self’ work.

Many people continue with lessons for the rest of their life – considering the investment in themselves valuable to maintaining their wellbeing.


Through the series of lessons you will learn how your life-long muscle holding patterns are causing imbalance, preventing you from functioning at your best.

As held muscles are released and regain their natural resting length, you will experience an ease and lightness in movement your breathing and general functioning improves. You will become more aware of the head, neck and torso relationship and begin to change habitual patterns of behaviour, which have been undermining your wellbeing.
